Got an ugly duckling website? Let's turn it into a beautiful swan!
As the owner of Western Sky Communications, I develop websites for science and technology. My clients have come from universities, government agencies, and industry.
I've worked in web development since 1995, and my focus is on creating sites that download quickly and work in all major browsers – not just Internet Explorer on the PC. I take great pleasure in making your site look as up-to-the-minute as your science and as cool as your technology.
Don't have a site yet? I'd love to work with you to create a new website. Need help with the website planning process? Download the Web Design Client Workbook from my profile's SlideShare Presentations.
In addition to websites, I can design a wide variety of printed materials, including logos, ads, direct mail campaigns, flyers, and stationery systems.
My designs can be enhanced through photography, which provides a more realistic view of your organization than those generic images you sometimes find online. Instead of resorting to posed shots, I do candid photography that shows people, places, and events as they really are.
Outside of work, I'm an avid bicyclist. I've pedaled through all 50 of the United States and have published two books about my experiences. I'm currently learning the art of storytelling so I can share my bicycle adventures with live audiences.
